Key Responsibilities
- Personally drive primary and secondary sales to achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across Kenya
- Build and manage a national distributor, pharmacy, supermarket, and key account network
- Conduct regular field visits, route planning, and in-person selling nationwide
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead the first sales team (reps/distributor salesmen)
- Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Negotiate deals, secure placements, and build strong retailer/distributor relationships
- Track performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and hit KPIs
- Collaborate closely with founders on strategy, product feedback, and expansion
Requirements Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, consumer health, supplements, vitamins, OTC products, or pharmaceutical distribution
- Strong hands-on field sales track record, especially building distributor/pharmacy networks from low bases
- At least 2–3 years in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role (or clear leadership potential)
- National or multi-region sales experience is a big plus
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient — excited to grow revenue aggressively
- Quick learner for vitamins/supplements product knowledge
- Willing and able to travel extensively across Kenya
