Job Description

Our client, a busy ICT business solutions company, is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive sales growth and manage their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets while managing market trends and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of annual sales targets through effective strategy design and implementation
  • Design, implement, and execute sales strategies and action plans for the sales team
  • Prepare and submit sales plans, budgets, progress reports, and annual sales development reports
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop pricing strategies that optimize returns and ensure competitive advantage
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to guide product development and launches
  • Design and execute plans to implement leads generated by the marketing department
  • Manage staff performance through appraisals, motivation, training, recruitment, and selection

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience selling IT solutions such as:
    • POS and fiscal solutions
    • Security solutions
    • Office equipment and automation
    • Banking cash solutions
