Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive new business (B2B & B2C), focusing on highvolume clients
• Lead negotiations for key accounts and strategic partnerships
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Ensure excellent customer experience and retention

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in logistics/courier/freight sales (Kenyan market)
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record in business development and closing deals
• Strong knowledge of logistics pricing models
• Must have solid knowledge of courier services and CODs (Cash on Delivery)

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
