Our client, a fast-growing Automotive Tyres & Spares parts Company, seeks to hire an outgoing and ambitious Sales Manager - Automotive Tyres to be responsible for providing focused coverage on high-potential opportunities, ensuring sustainable sales growth, timely collections, and consistent customer engagement.

• Manage new leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
• Ensure revenue targets per customer are achieved.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and increase trading frequency.
• Handle customer issues.
• Maximize sales share within every account.
• Drive the timely collection of payments for allocated accounts.
• Ensure accounts remain within approved credit terms.
• Achieve sales budgets for allocated accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor client proposals.
• Arrange meetings between client decision-makers and company leadership.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales plans and activity reports.
• Share and review performance.
• Update all customer interactions on CRM (Zoho).
• Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to hunt for and close new business.

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales, with a proven track record in new business acquisition, account reactivation, and strong exposure to the tyre industry and its clientele.
• Experience handling tyres, batteries, shocks, service, wiper blades, bulbs, etc., in the Automotive industry is a MUST.
