We are a fast-growing beverage company specializing in premium bottled water, committed to delivering quality and refreshing experiences to our customers. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing the sales team to achieve company targets. The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales strategies with overall brand and market objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotions and campaigns
- Ensure efficient execution of sales operations and route-to-market strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
