Responsibilities

Proficiency in sales leadership, team management, and retail sales is required.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or related.

3+ years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.

Experience selling consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile devices, ICT products, or related retail products.

Leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Experience managing dealer networks, retail outlets, or modern trade accounts will be an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8
