Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive plot sales, develop effective sales and marketing strategies, and lead the sales team to achieve set targets within defined timelines. The role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Generate leads and build a strong client network through various channels
Conduct project site visits and presentations to potential buyers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance throughout the buying process
Understand client needs and offer tailored investment solutions
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
Market Knowledge & Representation
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and real estate values
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Provide accurate project information, market analysis, and investment insights
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM system
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction completion
Team Management
Identify staffing needs and recommend recruitment of sales executives and agents
Manage, train, and support the internal sales team to achieve targets
Implement sales training programs, processes, and performance management
Champion continuous growth of the sales team and company countrywide
Contribute to marketing content production
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience in land sales (mandatory)
At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws, processes, and regulations
Demonstrated success in achieving real estate sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Competent driver
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (value and volume)
Maintain a minimum 40% conversion rate from qualified leads
Conduct at least 10 client follow-ups weekly, resolving inquiries within 48 hours
Generate at least 3 new leads monthly from untapped market segments
Submit accurate weekly sales reports with 100% CRM data accuracy
