Sales & Marketing Executive – Construction Materials & Equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell construction materials and equipment to contractors, engineers, developers, and hardware outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and clients within the construction sector.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project managers.
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, particularly materials or equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction products, specifications, and project sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits is an added advantage.
