Are you a hospitality sales professional with a strong understanding of MICE and corporate business development?

Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth by securing corporate accounts and promoting hotel accommodation, conference facilities, meeting packages, catering, and banqueting services.

Qualifications or requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in MICE and corporate sales.
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Level of Education: associate degree
