About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to grow our client base and revenue across our digital products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market opportunities in the tech and telecom space.

Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new clients for our digital solutions, including Bulk SMS, USSD, Short Codes, and Bulk Data, to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach through strong lead conversion
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and businesses
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage assigned accounts
* Prepare and execute individual sales plans aligned with company objectives
* Handle invoicing, debt collection, and payment follow-ups
* Conduct market intelligence, courtesy calls, and client feedback sessions
* Ensure quality service delivery by addressing client issues professionally and promptly
* Uphold sales excellence through accurate reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking

Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
* At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
* Digital marketing certification is an added advantage
* Proven B2B sales experience (top performers preferred)
* Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
* Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills
