About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of agricultural machinery, specializing in coffee and grain processing equipment. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Personnel to join their team. This role is crucial for driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong customer relationships within the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the coffee and grain machinery market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales.
- Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the agricultural machinery or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the coffee and grain processing sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
