Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and assist them with purchases
- Arrange and display products neatly within the shop
- Help customers identify products and provide accurate information
- Monitor stock on shelves and report low stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the shop
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer experience
- Support daily sales activities and achieve set targets
Requirements
- Diploma in sales or marketing related course
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or point-of-sale knowledge is an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
