We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused and results-oriented Sales Officers to join our Alternative Channels team. Successful candidates will be seconded to our strategic business partners to drive the growth of our retail life insurance portfolio while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
- Prospect, engage and convert customers within designated partner locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner staff.
- Provide professional financial and insurance advisory services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely sales reports.
- Participate in sales activations, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Represent Liberty Life professionally and always uphold the Company’s values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of one (1) year sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP/ECOP) or other relevant insurance qualifications.
- Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Licence.

- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Good digital literacy and ability to use digital sales platforms.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
