We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter to support in-store sales and product visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent product presentation within assigned retail outlets.

• Drive product sales and meet assigned targets
• Engage customers and provide product information and demonstrations
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays
• Ensure proper placement of promotional materials (POSM)
• Monitor stock levels and product availability (SKU management)
• Build strong relationships with store staff and management
• Report daily sales, stock, and market insights via mobile tools
• Track competitor activities and provide feedback

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach
• Comfortable using smartphones/apps for reporting

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in retail sales or promoter roles is an added advantage
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours
