Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers effectively .
• Generate sales through excellent product presentation and persuasion
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards: keep displays tidy, attractive, and fully stocked
• Manage stock levels and report any shortages
• Submit regular reports and feedback to supervisors
• Stay updated on product launches and features through continuous learning
• Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, field promotions, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation: friendly, patient, and persuasive
• Confident sales skills with the ability to convince and close deals
• Product knowledge or willingness to learn, especially in electronics and mobile phones
