Description

Boson Agri Limited is a global provider of innovative agri-solutions specializing in livestock feeds, feed additives, and animal nutrition technologies. As we expand in Kenya, we seek a Field Sales Representative with strong experience in ruminant and livestock feed sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell livestock feeds for dairy, beef, cattle, sheep, and goats.
  • Develop business with farmers, cooperatives, dairy groups, agrovets, feed mills, and distributors.
  • Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and farmer training.
  • Offer technical guidance on feeding programs and livestock performance.
  • Generate leads, gather market insights, and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • Support field logistics, marketing activities, and represent the company at events.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Livestock Production, Agribusiness, Vet Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in livestock feed or animal nutrition sales.
  • Practical knowledge of ruminant feeding systems and farm management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and field engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

  • Base salary of KES 20,000 plus commissions, bonuses, and field allowances.
