Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our hospital’s healthcare services and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategies to attract new patients and corporate clients.
• Build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, and partners.
• Promote hospital services and conduct regular client visits.
• Deliver presentations and meet sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare operations and client relations.
• Must be willing to travel within Migori and nearby regions.
