• A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential.
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models, route-to-market strategies, and channel management is also necessary.
• Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and retail trade, along with knowledge of the assigned territory and existing trade relationships, will be an added advantage.
