Role Context

The Sales Representative (Building & Infrastructure) is a specialist field sales role responsible for securing and growing cement supply contracts across active construction, infrastructure, and commercial development projects. Operating at the intersection of technical advisory and commercial execution, the role engages decision-makers including site engineers, procurement officers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors to position Savannah Cement as the preferred and specified supplier on major project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement; Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets by securing supply agreements on active infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction projects nationally across active project sites.
  • Project Lead Generation & Pipeline Management; Proactively identify, qualify, and maintain a live pipeline of active and upcoming construction projects engaging site engineers, procurement officers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors at the earliest stage of project planning.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Building Construction, or a related field is preferred for technical credibility.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within the cement, concrete, or hardware industry
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets by securing supply agreements on active infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction projects nationally across active project sites.
