We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading dealer in motorbike spares and accessories, for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence. This role is ideal for a confident and energetic sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell motorbike spares and accessories to customers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence
  • Support collections and account follow-up activities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in motorbike spares and accessories sales is mandatory
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good understanding of the motorbike spares industry and market dynamics
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
