Job Summary:
Diamond Ray Luxury Residence is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conduct property presentations, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate deals and support clients through the sales process up to closure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
