Role Objective:
Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative who is proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. The role involves driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth within the workshop environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
- Promote and sell workshop products and services to individuals and businesses
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and product awareness campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Assist in stock feedback by reporting customer demand and product performance
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products where applicable
- Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years Previous experience in sales (workshop or technical environment is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
