Job Summary:

Naivas Supermarket is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote products, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product visibility, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in assigned outlets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare reports and provide market feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
