Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator industry.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and property managers.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in elevator sales or related construction/engineering products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.

Age: 40 years and below due to the nature of the work
