Job Summary
We are looking for a highly persuasive, self-driven, and energetic Sales Representative to expand our retail footprint, coordinate customer accounts, and drive consistent sales volume growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's full range of biscuits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships with new and existing buyers.
- Secure maximum shelf visibility and product placement at retail touchpoints.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints with a service-first attitude.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: KCSE Certificate (minimum requirement). A Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Prior experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, or customer relations.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and conversational skills.
