Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Sustainable Shop products, generate leads, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage customers professionally, understand their needs and recommend suitable sustainable, renewable-energy and building solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of LGS building systems, solar products, heat pumps, inverters, batteries and other sustainable technologies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product features, benefits, applications and technical specifications to customers.
  • Provide basic technical guidance on sustainable solutions, including solar systems, electric mobility, rainwater harvesting and bioplants.
  • Follow up on leads and quotations, convert enquiries into sales and build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Support daily shop operations by maintaining product displays, cleanliness, order, security and compliance with operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, sales, follow-ups and stock, and support stock monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences, keep updated on new technologies and provide feedback on product and business opportunities.
  • Attend product and sales training, participate in promotional activities and exhibitions, comply with company policies and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy or a related field, with at least 2 years’ sales experience.
  • Strong positive attitude, self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent sales, communication, customer service and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn and confidently explain LGS, solar and other sustainable products to customers.
  • Energetic, ambitious, professional and results-oriented, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
