Sales Representatives find and engage potential customers to sell products or services, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth. 

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, market research, and networking. Customer Engagement: Contacting customers to understand their needs and present how products or services can solve their problems. Sales Presentations & Demos: Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating prices and terms to reach agreements and successfully closing deals. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Working to meet or exceed sales quotas and goals set by the company. Market & Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, competitor activities, and market trends. Customer Support: Providing after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, often using a CRM system, and preparing sales reports for management. Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive strategy.
1. Hands-on experience in hardware or construction materials sales 2. Good customer service and interpersonal skills 3. Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated
1. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration 2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience 3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
