Job Summary:  

Lorenzo Dry Cleaners is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented Sales Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of customer items, maintaining vehicle standards, and providing top-tier service on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning items.
• Handle customer garments with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• At least 1 year of driving and sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes.
• Must be honest, disciplined, self-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Should be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
