Tropikal Spaces is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor for its General Trade (GT) channel.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
- Delivering on volume and revenue targets for the General Trade channel.
- Driving distribution expansion and ensuring product availability in the market.
- Implementing effective trade marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- A valid driving license.
