Position : Sales Supervisor (FMCG)

Location : Indicate your preferred region ( on the email subject)

Gross Pay: 30k + monthly bonus & other allowances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities across Modern Trade (supermarkets, chain stores) and General Trade (wholesalers, retailers, distributors) channels.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandisers team to achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and product visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and merchandising standards in the market.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including onboarding new outlets, distributors, and regional expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience handling both Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and distribution networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
