Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or customer service role within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast environment.
