The Blixen Resort and Spa is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sustainable business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and lead the strategic promotion of the resort's premium wellness, leisure, and hospitality offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market share, and enhancing the resort's positioning as a leading luxury destination.

Responsibilities:

The role involves developing, implementing, and executing sales and marketing plans aligned with the resort's business objectives. Key duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as corporate clients, tour operators, travel agents, and individual guests. Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships is crucial. The executive will also be responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other promotional platforms. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making, representing the resort at trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events, and collaborating closely with operations and guest services teams to ensure consistency in brand promise and guest experience are also key aspects of the role. Finally, the executive will prepare and submit regular sales performance, forecasting, and marketing activity reports to management.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector, is required. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and brand management, strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and sales skills are essential. The ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver results in a competitive environment is also highly valued.
