A Sales & Marketing Manager develops strategies, leads teams, analyzes market data, and manages budgets to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Strategy and planning: Creating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Team management: Leading, supervising, and coaching sales and marketing teams, including hiring and training. Market analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Product and brand management: Overseeing the promotion of the company's brand and the introduction of new products to the market. Sales and lead generation: Managing sales pipelines, engaging with clients, and closing deals. Reporting and budgeting: Creating performance reports for senior management, managing budgets, and forecasting sales. Relationship management: Building and maintaining key relationships with important clients and strategic partners.

Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills. Proficiency in digital and social media marketing tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or service industry.
