Role Objective
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to support sales growth, execute marketing activities, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business prospects. The successful candidate will leverage market insights, creativity, and strategic thinking to contribute to business expansion and brand visibility.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth
- Assist in implementing digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations to support business development efforts
- Contribute to customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Track and analyze performance metrics, supporting reporting and continuous improvement
- Participate in planning and executing promotional events, campaigns, and activations
- Maintain accurate client and lead databases to support effective follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative, customer-focused solutions
- Support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of marketing resources
- Carry out additional administrative or marketing-related duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic analytics
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful marketing campaigns
