SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES (10) - Land Sales

Salary: KES 55,000 Plus Commissions

Location: Karen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or Marketing.
• Must possess a valid passport
• At least 5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably within the real estate sector, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Drive end-to-end sales performance by generating, qualifying and converting high-value leads
• Build, manage and retain strong client relationships by providing professional pre-sales engagement, guided site visits, and structured after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and ensure proper sales documentation. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market.
• Tech-savvy with a strong social media presence.
