Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to be located on-site in Kakamega County, Kenya. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, managing customer service activities, and overseeing sales training initiatives to enhance team performance. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in delivering Training to enhance team capabilities
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage
