The Ideal Candidate Will Embody:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact, handling all guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and digital channels with promptness and professionalism.
  • Skillfully convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring all details are meticulously accurate and guest preferences are noted.
  • Proactively promote and upsell room categories, premium packages, and ancillary services to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain impeccable records of all bookings, payments, and guest profiles within our hotel management system.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners to secure repeat business.
  • Support the acquisition and coordination of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and corporate group business with tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to implement strategies and achieve collective revenue targets.
  • Ensure every guest interaction, from initial contact to final confirmation, reflects the refined standards of the Tufaha Resort brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales, reservations, or front office role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A positive, guest-centric attitude combined with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
