Sales management trainee at Sunda International

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Complete 12-24 month intensive training across key departments (e.g., Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product Management).
• Shadow senior sales professionals to master consultative selling techniques.
• Sales Execution:
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Performance Metrics:
• Achieve quarterly KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, pipeline growth, revenue targets).
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities and forecast accuracy.
• Leadership Development:
• Participate in workshops on negotiation, client relationship management, and industry trends.
• Present business insights to senior management upon program completion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Self-motivated; Result-oriented; Good communication skill ; Good problem-solving ability; Good learning ability.
• Bachelor's Degree in any business related course.
• To be eligible you must have graduated in the year 2024 or 2025.
