Sales & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, explaining features, capabilities, and benefits of various motorcycle models. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, follow up on leads, and provide excellent customer service. Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, including negotiating prices, completing sales contracts, and explaining warranties, financing, and accessories. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current motorcycle inventory and product specifications, comparing them with competitor models to help customers make informed decisions. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, inventory, and manage the sales pipeline. Logistics & Delivery: Arrange for motorcycle delivery to customers and manage paperwork related to each sale. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills to overcome objections and finalize sales. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with active listening and presentation abilities. Motorcycle Expertise: Technical knowledge of motorcycle characteristics, capabilities, and features. Safe Riding: Proficiency in safe motorcycle operation, including skilled braking, turning, and swerving to conduct safe test rides and demonstrations. Customer Service: The ability to build rapport, provide excellent service, and resolve customer issues. Organization & Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales CRM software to manage customer information and sales pipelines.
