Makini Primary School, Ngong Road is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary School Administrator to join our dedicated leadership team.
We are looking for a passionate professional who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the school and with parents. This includes supporting enrolment processes, coordinating events, managing documentation, and assisting with school-wide initiatives.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required:
- At least five years of demonstrable administrative experience in a recognised institution, preferably one delivering the CBE Curriculum.
- Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Business Management degree from a recognised institution. Specialisation in Marketing is an added advantage.
Skills, knowledge, abilities & values:
- Knowledge CBE Curriculum
- Knowledge of local education regulations and compliance
- Child safeguarding and protection laws and procedures
- Stakeholder engagement (parents, staff, students, board, community)
- Data analysis and reporting (e.g., student attendance)
- Document and records management
- Proficient in educational technology and school management systems
- Proficiency with productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Data privacy and security awareness
- Handle emergencies and crisis management calmly and effectively
