School Administrator Position

We are looking for a School Administrator  to join our growing team at an International School in Kiambu located at off Kiambu Road, offering the Cambridge curriculum. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to parents, staff, learners, and visitors while supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day administration of the school.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the school office runs efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to parents, staff, learners, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate school records, files, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate school schedules, meetings, appointments, events, and general administrative activities.
  • Support admissions, enrolment, student records, fee-related administrative processes, and parent inquiries.
  • Liaise with staff, management, parents, and external service providers to ensure smooth school operations. 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in school administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management/ERP systems.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a school environment.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging between KES 25,000 – 40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management/ERP systems.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a school environment.
