SCHOOL CLEANER / MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Located along Ngong Road, ACK Good Samaritan School, Karen is a pioneering faith-based initiative of the Anglican Church of Kenya (All Saints’ Cathedral Diocese), relaunched to provide quality Competency-Based Education (CBE) for Pre-Primary and Lower Primary learners.
ACK Good Samaritan School Karen is seeking a dedicated, reliable, service-oriented, and results-driven individual to fill the role of School Cleaner / Maintenance Assistant ahead of its official relaunch on January 6, 2026.
The Role:
The School Cleaner / Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a consistently clean, sanitary, and well-organized learning and working environment across the school campus (classrooms, offices, hallways, and outdoor areas). The role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and facility maintenance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping services.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform various manual tasks and light maintenance duties (e.g., painting, repairs, moving furniture).
- Reliable, trustworthy, and possesses a keen eye for detail and safety.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct is highly desirable.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
