Role Summary

Hadiah Supplies is seeking a dedicated and hygienic School Cook on behalf of an established educational institution. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for preparing healthy, well-portioned, and nutritious meals for students and staff members while maintaining exceptional standards of kitchen sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook daily institutional meals according to set school menus and standard culinary benchmarks.
• Inventory Management: Plan weekly school menus and track dry/fresh food inventory items to prevent shortages or waste.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain deep cleanliness across all kitchen prep tables, storage rooms, utensils, and large cooking appliances.
• Portion Control: Monitor cooking raw material quality and enforce strict portion control during meal distribution hours.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure total compliance with statutory public health guidelines, food handling laws, and institutional safety codes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of active cooking experience, preferably working within a school, college, or large institutional catering setup.
• Certification: A valid Food Handling Medical Certificate or Food Safety Certification will be a distinct advantage.
• Competencies: Outstanding time-management skills, physical stamina, and the clear ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
