JOB DETAILS:
ILG School is seeking a visionary and purpose-driven School Principal to lead our bilingual eco-school model. The successful candidate will provide strategic educational leadership, drive academic excellence, and uphold the school's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and educational leadership.
- Drive academic excellence and curriculum implementation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Manage school operations, finances, and resources.
- Engage with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Champion environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or Educational Leadership – Master's/MBA/PG Diploma in Educational Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years senior educational leadership (Principal, Headteacher, or Director) at an international, Cambridge-accredited, or premium private school.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; conversational French is a strong advantage.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent public speaking skills, and a genuine passion for environmental sustainability.
