Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
• Engage in active research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic advising, and university service.
• Mentor students and contribute to the overall intellectual life of the university.

Minimum Requirements

• A PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. (Master’s degree holders with significant teaching experience and ongoing PhD studies may be considered for Tutorial Fellow positions.)
• At least 2–3 years of university teaching experience for Lecturer level; 5+ years for Senior Lecturer.
• Proven track record of research and publications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills.
