The Scribe will join live patient exams via Google Meet and document visits in real time. This role is fast‑paced and demands strong English skills, quick thinking, and high accuracy. Documentation training is provided, but adaptability and independent judgment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend live patient exams virtually and document history, clinical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, well‑structured notes using proper grammar and medical terminology.
- Update patient documentation per the doctor’s workflow.
- Communicate professionally and uphold patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Advanced English (excellent diction, listening, and writing).
- Fast, accurate typing and strong grammar.
- Critical thinker able to make judgment calls.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work according to the doctor’s schedule.
- Healthcare or scribe experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule aligned with the assigned doctor’s clinical hours.
- Two days off weekly, but weekend availability is required.
- Fully on‑site initially.
