SECRETARIAL STUDIES TRAINER - 1 POST
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Train trainees in Shorthand, Computer Data Processing, Office Practice, Customer Care, Records Management and other related subjects.
2. Coach students in typing, shorthand, and office procedures.
3. Prepare lesson documents like learning plans, session plans and records of work
4. Set, administer and mark continuous assessments
5. Mentor students for business plans and industrial attachments.
Required Qualifications:
1. HND/Degree in Secretarial Studies/Office Administration.
2. Proficiency in typing, shorthand, MS Office, and record systems.
3. Knowledge of pedagogy is an added advantage.
4. 1+ years teaching/training experience.
5. Good communication and organizational skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
