Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Support management and other staff with administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working in front office in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong professional ethics
