Ranching, real estate, and related auxiliary businesses.

Role Overview:

Ensure safety, security, smooth administrative operations. Oversee physical security, asset protection, facilities management, general admin services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop/implement/enforce security policies, procedures, protocols.
  • Oversee physical security (access control, guarding).
  • Conduct security risk assessments/audits.
  • Manage incident response, investigations, breach reporting.
  • Liaise with law enforcement/security stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security laws/standards.
  • Train staff on security awareness/emergency response.
  • Oversee office admin, facilities, utilities.
  • Manage assets, inventories, tracking systems.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, vendor services.
  • Oversee fleet management (vehicle maintenance, fuel, driver discipline).
  • Supervise support staff (drivers, assistants, cleaners, guards).
  • Manage procurement of admin supplies/services.
  • Ensure safe, clean, conducive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, OSH, policies.
  • Prepare monthly/annual security/admin reports.
  • Manage security/admin budgets.
  • Support audits/internal investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: Degree in Criminology, Security, Business Admin, or related.
  • Experience: 6 years hands-on in Security and Administration, with at least 2 years in manager position. Disciplined forces experience an advantage.
  • Skills: Effective communication/organizational skills; good interpersonal/people management; high personal integrity (must pass background check); ability to stay levelheaded in stressful situations.
