JOB SUMMARY

The Security Coordinator is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and continuous improvement of all security and facility protection operations across RKJMS. The role ensures the safeguarding of company assets, employees, patients, visitors, and logistics operations through structured governance, risk management, outsourced security oversight, surveillance systems management, and emergency response coordination

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Provide strategic leadership by developing security policies, governance frameworks, compliance structures, and aligning security with organizational objectives.
• Manage outsourced security providers through structured contracting, SLA oversight, performance audits, and stakeholder coordination with authorities and management.
• Ensure comprehensive facility protection by overseeing surveillance systems, access controls, infrastructure integrity, and structured daily closure procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, loss prevention strategies, investigations, and trend analysis to mitigate theft, fraud, breaches, and operational vulnerabilities.
• Direct incident and emergency response coordination, collaborating with external agencies and implementing corrective actions following critical events.
• Promote security culture through training programs, awareness initiatives, continuous improvement strategies, and organizational accountability across all departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in security management.
• At least One (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Managing outsourced security providers
  • CCTV and control room operations
  • Incident investigation and reporting
